摘要
爆破产生的地震波通过岩石地层传播,引起地表或岩层内结构质点振动,造成构筑物、电力设施等不同程度的破坏。在徐州市大孤山废弃矿山治理石方爆破工程中,为减少振动、控制爆破作业成本,以10 m深孔为例,采用多自由面分段微差减振技术、加大孔距排距、降低延米装药量的方式,有效地降低振动影响、节省爆破成本,可为类似工程提供参考。
The seismic wave generated by blasting is transmitted through rock strata,which causes the mass point vibration on the ground surface or in the rock strata,resulting in different degrees of damage to structures and power facilities.In order to reduce the vibration and control the blasting operation cost in the stone blasting engineering of Dagushan abandoned mine in Xuzhou City,taking a 10 m deep hole as an example,measures are taken to reduce the vibration and save the blasting cost,such as adopting the multi-free surface little differential vibration reduction technology,increasing row spacing and hole spacing and reducing charging capacity per meter.And it can provide certain reference for similar projects.
