摘要
以SPF级昆明小鼠为研究对象,通过在维持饲料中添加不同比例的小米组分,研究小米对高脂血症血脂水平的辅助治疗功效。用维持饲料做阳性对照,以总质量为基准,分别用40%、60%和80%小米替代原维持饲料,辅助阿托伐他汀药物灌胃治疗高血脂模型小鼠。同时以健康小鼠饲喂维持饲料结合生理盐水灌胃做空白对照,试验期28 d。试验表明,阳性对照组小鼠TC水平在试验期第28 d恢复正常状态。与空白对照组比较,40%小米试验组TC、甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lowdensityliprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)水平在试验第7 d已无显著性差异(P>0.05);60%小米试验组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平在试验第14 d无显著性差异(P>0.05);80%小米试验组TC、TG和LDL-C水平在第28 d无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:当小鼠维持饲料中小米比例为40%时,可使阿托伐他汀对高血脂小鼠的治疗时间从28 d缩短至7 d。
Taking SPF Kunming mice as the research object,millet components with different proportions were added in maintenance feed(MF)to study the efficacy of adjuvant treatment of hyperlipidemia mice.MF was used as positive control,and 40%,60%and 80%of millet were used to replace MF,to assist atorvastatin in performing gavage therapy to the hyperlipidemia model mice.At the same time,healthy mice were fed MF combined with normal saline gavage as a blank control.The experimental period was 28 days.The test showed that the TC level of mice in the positive control group back to normal condition on the 28th day of the test period.Compared with blank control group,experimental group 40%millet TC and TG,LDL-C levels in test 7 days had no significant difference(P>0.05);TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels of 60%millet group showed no significant difference on the 14th day(P>0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C levels in 80%millet group showed no significant difference on day 28(P>0.05).The results showed when the proportion of millet in the MF of mice was 40%,the treatment time of atorvastatin for hyperlipidemia mice was shortened from 28 days to 7 days.
