The Application of the Diagnosis and Settlement System Based on the Biometric Technology in the Outpatient Diagnosis and Treatment

目的:探索基于生物识别技术的医保结算,以拓宽支付渠道,提高支付效率,改善患者就医体验。方法:在门诊诊间引入基于指静脉支付的医保结算系统和基于二维码的聚合支付系统。结果及结论:指静脉随诊随结系统可利用指静脉的生物识别技术实现免密医保支付,也能实现诊间的聚合支付,具有安全、便捷、高效的特点。

Objective:To explore the medical insurance settlement based on biometric technology,so as to broaden the payment channels,improve the efficiency of payment,and improve the medical experience of patients.Methods:Medical insurance system based on finger vein and aggregate payment system based on dimensional barcode were introduced into outpatient diagnosis room.Results and Conclusion:The finger vein payment system use digital vein biometric technology to realize password free medical insurance payment,and also can realize the aggregation payment in the diagnosis room.It is safe,convenient and efficient.
