摘要
目的:提升信息运维服务质量和效率。方法:建立基于知识库与扫码报修的信息运维服务平台,实现运维流程的闭环管理。结果:通过医院运维流程的管理,实现了医院软硬件报修管理、运维状态跟踪及评价、运维数据实时查询统计等功能。结论:系统已在医院运行10月余,取得了良好的效果,极大提高了信息运维工作效率,提升了临床用户服务满意度。
Objective:To improve the quality and efficiency of information operation and maintenance services.Methods:Establish an information operation and maintenance service platform based on knowledge base and code scanning for repair,realize closed-loop management of the operation and maintenance process.Results:Through the management of the hospital operation and maintenance process,the functions of hospital software and hardware repair management,operation and maintenance status tracking and evaluation,and real-time query and statistics of operation and maintenance data are realized.Conclusion:The system has been implemented in hospital for more than 10 months and has achieved good results.It has greatly improved the efficiency of information operation and maintenance and the satisfaction of clinical users.
