Research and Countermeasures on the Restriction and Supervision Mechanism of Power Operation in Higher Vocational Colleges

国家对高职院校的发展和建设日益重视,随着办学自主权和管理权的进一步扩大,高职院校党委政治权利、行政管理权力和学术权力也逐渐增大,这些权力在决策和执行中存在着不容忽视的问题和短板。高职院校要深化思想认识,完善权力制约机制,维护学术权力的自主性和独立性,构建权力运行监督机制,才能落实全面从严治党主体责任,发挥纪委监督责任,推动高校健康发展。

Our country pays more and more attention to the development and construction of higher vocational colleges.With the further expansion of the autonomy and management,the political,administrative and academic rights of the Party committee in higher vocational colleges are gradually increasing,and there are some problems and shortcomings in the decision-making and implementation of these rights.Higher vocational colleges should deepen their ideological understanding,perfect the power restriction mechanism,maintain the autonomy and independence of academic power,and construct the power operation supervision mechanism,so as to fulfill the principal responsibility for comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline,exert the supervision responsibility of discipline inspection commission,and promote the healthy development of colleges and universities.
