摘要
“百万扩招”背景下,常州机电职业技术学院根据电工技术专业基础课程的教学现状及学生特点,在实施基于混合式学习的分层教学模式的情况下,把形成性评价、终结性评价和分层评价有机结合起来,探索与实践了符合学生实际情况的教学评价体系。并通过调查问卷获取学生对电工技术课程的感知重要性——满意度数据,运用IPA方法进行分析,提出了进一步改革与完善教学评价体系的思路,以有效促进教学质量的提高与学生的发展。
Under the background of"millions of enrollment expansion",Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology implements hierarchical teaching mode according to the present teaching situation of electrical technology professional foundation course and characteristics of students.In implementing the teaching mode based on blended learning,it integrates the formative assessment,summative assessment and hierarchical evaluation,and explores the teaching evaluation system in conformity with the practical situation of students.Through the questionnaire it obtains perceived importance-satisfaction data of students for the electrical technology course,using IPA method to analyze the data,and proposes the ideas to further reform and improve the teaching evaluation system,in order to effectively promote the improvement of teaching quality and the development of students.
