Construction of Course Quality Evaluation System Based on OBE Concept

目标导向(基于学习产出)的教育模式,已在一些国家实施并获得了较好的反馈,传统的评价与管理模式,难以适应新时期高校教学改革的需要。完善高校内部教学质量评价体系,构建基于产出导向(OBE)理念的课程质量评价体系,要系统化、显性化一直运行的评价体系;要从打造标杆专业核心课入手;要完善信息化服务平台,集团立体作战;构建质量环境系统,形成质量文化氛围。

The educational mode of goal orientation(based on learning output)has been implemented in some countries and has obtained better feedback,while traditional evaluation and management mode is difficult to adapt to the needs of teaching reform of colleges and universities in the new era.It needs to improve the internal teaching quality evaluation system,and establish a course quality evaluation system based on Outcome-based Education(OBE)concept,a systematic and explicit evaluation system;create typical core courses;improve information service platform;construct quality environment system,and form a quality cultural atmosphere.
