“双高”背景下职业院校专业教师企业实践研究——基于辽宁省部分高职院校专业教师的问卷数据与访谈 被引量:4

摘要 高职院校实施“双高计划”打造“双高学校”,离不开高水平“双师型”教师队伍建设,而“双师型”教师队伍的培养其中很重要的一项内容就是专业教师企业实践。调查显示,辽宁省部分职业院校专业教师参加企业实践存在计划缺乏、管理过程不够严格、企业专业实践匹配度低、教学实践安排存在“工学矛盾”、实践效果考核形式单一等问题。针对存在的问题,结合本地区的实际情况,提出由校、企、师三方共商共研实践计划、实践专业,合理安排学生顶岗实习和教师实训,多方考核等对策与建议。 The implementation of the"Double High Plan"in higher vocational colleges and the building of"double high schools"are inseparable from the construction of high-level"double qualified"teachers.One of the most important contents in the training of"double-qualified"teachers is professional teacher enterprise practice.The survey shows that for professional teachers in some vocational colleges in Liaoning Province,some problems exist in their enterprise practice:the lack of plan,the lack of strict management process,the low matching degree of enterprise and professional practice,the contradiction between working and learning in teaching practice arrangement,and single practice effect assessment form.According to the actual situations of this region,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions:Schools,enterprises and teachers jointly discuss and study practical plans and practical majors,reasonably arrange students'internship and teachers'practical training,and conduct multiple assessments.
