职业院校学生学风对教风评价影响因素的分析——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

摘要 产教融合、工学结合是职业教育的办学模式,这就决定了职业教育需要建立具有职业教育特色的教风学风。我们要改革创新以往僵化落后的教风学风建设体系,要把职业教育特色的“德技并修”、“工匠精神”和“劳动观念”融入到职业院校教风学风建设之中,建立教风学风协调一致的组织机构、教风学风目标一致的实施方案、教风学风联动的管理机制、教风学风同步的评价机制。 The integration of industry and education and the combination of working and learning are the modes of running schools in vocational education,which determines that vocational education needs to establish the teaching and learning style with the characteristics of vocational education.We should reform and innovate the rigid and backward construction system of teaching style and learning style,and integrate the cultivation of morality and technology,the craftsmanship spirit,and labor concept with vocational education characteristics into the construction of teaching style and learning style in vocational colleges.We should establish the organization of coordinated teaching style and learning style,the implementation scheme with the same goal,the management mechanism of coupling teaching style and learning style,as well as the evaluation mechanism of synchronous teaching style and learning style.
