我国普惠金融高质量发展水平测度研究

Research on the Measurement of High-quality Development Level of Inclusive Finance in China

在进入高质量发展阶段的新时代背景下,清晰认识和合理评价我国普惠金融高质量发展水平,有助于促进我国经济发展质量的提升。为此,本文首先界定了普惠金融高质量发展内涵,然后从发展广度、发展深度和发展效率三个维度选择具体指标构建我国普惠金融高质量发展水平指标体系,进而通过测度和分析我国普惠金融高质量发展水平,研判了我国普惠金融高质量发展成效与不足,最后提出积极的对策性建议。

In the context of entering the new era of high-quality development stage,a clear understanding and reasonable evaluation of the high-quality development level of inclusive finance in China will help to improve the quality of China’s economic development.Therefore,this paper first defines the connotation of high-quality development of inclusive finance,and then selects specific indicators from the three dimensions of development breadth,development depth and development efficiency to construct the index system of high-quality development level of inclusive finance in China.Then,by measuring and analyzing the high-quality development level of inclusive finance in China,it studies and judges the achievements and shortcomings of high-quality development of inclusive finance in China,and finally puts forward some positive suggestions.
