成都市养老机构老年人能力等级现状调查与分析

Ability level of the elderly in Chengdu pension institutions:an investigation on status quo

目的:调查成都市养老机构老年人能力等级现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、养老机构老年人健康及功能综合评估表对355例成都市养老机构老年人进行问卷调查。结果:88.17%的老年人患有慢性疾病,能力等级处于轻度、中度、重度失能状态的老年人分别为64.51%、13.52%、20.00%;logistic回归分析显示年龄、是否服用药物、近3个月有无影响健康事件是养老机构老年人能力等级的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:成都市养老机构老年人多患有慢性疾病,总体健康状况较差。高龄、服用药物、近3个月发生过影响健康的事件会损害老年人的综合能力。养老机构管理者应根据老年人能力等级提供相应的照护服务,以提升其健康水平。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of the ability level of the elderly in Chengdu pension institutions,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 355 elderly people in pension institutions in Chengdu were investigated by general information questionnaire and comprehensive assessment of health and function of elderly people in pension institutions.Results:88.17%of the elderly suffered from chronic diseases;64.51%,13.52%and 20.00%of the elderly with mild,moderate and severe disability respectively;logistic regression analysis showed that age,whether taking drugs and whether there were health events in the past three months were the influencing factors of the elderly’s ability level(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Most of the elderly in Chengdu pension institutions suffer from chronic diseases,and their overall health status is poor.The comprehensive ability of the elderly will be damaged by old age,taking drugs and having health events in the past three months.Managers of pension institutions should provide corresponding care services according to the ability level of the elderly,so as to improve their health.
