Relationship between psychological resilience and occupational stress of staff in disinfection and supply center

目的:探讨消毒供应中心工作人员心理韧性与职业压力的相关性。方法:借助国家级医院消毒供应中心实践基地平台,采用便利抽样法,共抽取河南省5所三级甲等和8所二级甲等医院消毒供应中心的200名工作人员作为研究对象,均接受心理韧性与职业压力调查。观察消毒供应中心工作人员心理韧性与职业压力情况,采用Pearson相关分析对消毒供应中心工作人员心理韧性与职业压力的关系进行分析。结果:消毒供应中心工作人员心理韧性总评分为(76.70±4.44)分,属于中等水平,职业压力总评分为(76.79±3.23)分,属于中度压力;消毒供应中心工作人员心理韧性总分及其每个维度与职业压力总分及其各给度均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心工作人员心理韧性与职业压力表现呈正相关。

Objective:To explore the correlation between psychological resilience and occupational stress of staff in disinfection and supply center.Methods:With the help of the Practice Base Platform of National Hospital Disinfection and Supply Center,a total of 200 staff members from 5 disinfection and supply centers of 3 A hospitals and 8 ones of 2 A hospitals in Henan Province were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.All the subjects were investigated for resilience and occupational stress.The psychological resilience and occupational stress of staff in disinfection and supply center were observed,and the relationship between psychological resilience and occupational stress was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The total score of resilience of staff in disinfection and supply center was(76.70±4.44)points,which belonged to medium level,and that of occupational stress was(76.79±3.23)points,which belonged to moderate stress.The total score and each dimension of resilience were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension of occupational stress in staff in disinfection supply center(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between psychological resilience and occupational stress of staff in disinfection and supply center.
