前列腺小细胞癌5例报告并文献复习

Report of 5 cases of small cell prostate cancer and literature review

目的探讨前列腺小细胞癌(SCCP)的临床特点、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析新乡医学院第一附属医院2007年1月至2019年9月收治的5例病理确诊的SCCP的临床资料,并对文献进行复习。结果4例(80%)患者初诊时出现转移病变(骨转移最常见)。所有患者均成功随访,最长15个月,均因肿瘤全身转移而死亡。该5例SCCP中位总生存期(OS)约为6个月,结合国内报道的随访资料进行生存分析,发现SCCP中位OS为8个月,接受化疗的患者中位OS为9个月,未接受化疗的患者中位OS为3个月。结论SCCP发病率低,是一种较为罕见的前列腺恶性肿瘤类型。临床上多为晚期患者,且疾病进展快、预后差,治疗以化疗为主,但疗效有限。

Objective To eplore the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of small cell prostate cancer(SCCP).Methods The clinicopathological data of 5 SCCP cases admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College during Jan.2007 and Sep.2019 were retrospectively analyzed and literature was reviewed.Results Metastatic lesions,especially bone metastasis,were detected at the initial diagnosis in 80%(4/5)of patients.All patients were successfully followed up for a maximum of 15 months,during which all died of systemic metastasis.The median overall survival(OS)of the 5 patients was about 6 months.With reference to literature,the median OS of SCCP patients was 8 months,9 months for those who received chemotherapy,and 3 months for those who did not.Conclusion As a rare malignancy,SCCP has a low morbidity.Most cases are clinically advanced,with rapid disease progression and poor prognosis.The treatment is mainly chemotherapy,but the efficacy is limited.
