摘要 数字孪生是一种可以完成信息世界与物理世界等价映射的新兴技术,其在传统石油化工行业的应用正在不断增加。本文阐述了数字孪生的内涵和关键技术,总结了近年来数字孪生技术在石油化工行业的应用进展,指出了其在石油化工领域遇到的挑战,探讨了发展趋势。通过开展数字孪生在石油化工生产过程建模与参数优化、工艺参数设计与仿真、系统健康监测与远程维护等方面的应用研究,有效提高了石油化工领域的数字化、智能化程度。未来在标准体系构建、融合5G技术的数据采集与传输、智能信息处理算法等方面,需进一步开展研究。 Digital twin is a new technology which can realize the equivalent mapping between the information world and the physical world,and its application in traditional petrochemical industry is increasing.This paper introduced the connotation and key technologies of digital twin,summarized the application and research progress of digital twin technology in petrochemical industry in recent years,pointed out the challenges met in the field of petrochemical industry,and discussed the development trend.Through the application research of digital twin in petrochemical production process modeling and parameter optimization,process parameter design and simulation,system health monitoring and remote maintenance,the degree of digitalization and intelligence in petrochemical industry has been effectively improved.In the future,the research works on standard system construction,data acquisition and transmission with 5G technology and intelligent information processing algorithm should be further strengthened.
