面向电力电子电路故障诊断的拓展型教学案例探究 被引量:7

摘要 为进一步加强“电力电子技术”课程理论教学与实际应用的紧密联系,围绕模块化多电平变流器的子模块故障诊断,对拓展型教学案例进行了探究。针对变流器系统子模块开关器件的开路故障,通过分析其故障特征,设计了基于模型预测的故障诊断算法,基于电容电压预测结果实现故障诊断。仿真分析证实了所提诊断算法的有效性,能使学生直观理解和掌握电力电子器件故障诊断过程,帮助他们更好地理解、巩固和拓展相关知识点,激发他们的学习兴趣和创新思维。 In order to strengthen the relationship between the theoretical teaching and practical application of the“Power Electronics Technology”course,an extended teaching case is explored around the sub-module fault diagnosis of modular multilevel converter.For detecting the open circuit fault of the sub-module switching device in the converter system,a fault diagnosis algorithm based on model prediction is designed by analyzing the fault characteristics,and the fault diagnosis is realized based on the prediction result of the capacitor voltage.The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation.The experiment can enable students to intuitively understand and master the fault diagnosis process of power electronic devices,help students to understand,consolidate and expand the relevant knowledge better,and stimulate their interest in learning and innovative thinking.
