摘要
“新工科”强调学科的实用性、交叉性与综合性,板球系统涉及图像处理、自动控制等学科知识,运动控制效果直观。对板球系统硬件组成及控制系统进行了概述,并在此基础上对板球系统的传递函数进行了分析,设计了板球系统的控制参数,通过Simulink软件对板球系统进行了仿真,并在板球系统上验证了控制参数,说明了参数的可靠性。在板球系统的基础上,开设了机械控制工程基础的综合性实验,确定了过程考核的实验量规表。板球系统作为典型的复杂机电系统,结合图像处理、机械控制,培养了学生对复杂工程问题的解决能力。
The"New Engineering"emphasizes the practicality,intersection and comprehensiveness of the discipline.The ball and plate system involves image processing,motion control,automatic control and other discipline knowledge,and its motion control effect is intuitively visible.This article gives an overview of the hardware composition and control system of the ball and plate system,and on this basis,the transfer function of the ball and plate system is analyzed,and then the ball and plate system is simulated by Simulink to determine its control parameters.The reliability of control parameters is verified..On the basis of the ball and plate system,a comprehensive experiment of mechanical control engineering foundation is set up,and an experimental gauge table for process evaluation is determined.As a typical complex electromechanical system,the ball and plate system combines image processing and mechanical control.It can cultivate students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.
