加强外语实验室建设促进国际化人才培养

Strengthening the Construction of Foreign Language Laboratory and Promoting the Cultivation of International Talents

外语实验室作为外语教育和国际化人才培养的重要载体,存在建设理念尚未和国际化人才需求接轨、实际功能未能在国际化人才过程中充分发挥、师资队伍尚未跟上国际化人才培养需要等问题。围绕国际化人才的外语技能、跨文化能力、国际事务胜任力和国际竞争力4个要素,提出构建自下而上的以培养外语能力为目标的外语基础实验平台为塔基、培养跨文化能力的国际文化交流平台为塔身、培养国际事务胜任力的学科交叉实训实践平台为塔顶、提升国际竞争力的科学创新平台的外语实验室为塔尖的塔式结构建设模型构想。

Foreign language laboratory plays an important role for foreign language education and international talent training,but it exists some problems.For example,the construction concept has not been in line with the needs of international talents,the actual functions have not been fully played in the process of international talents,and the abilities of the teaching staff have not kept up with the needs of international talent training.The paper analyzes four elements for international latent training:foreign language skills,cross-cultural competence,international affairs competence and international competitiveness.And it puts forward conception of tower structure construction model,that is,basic experimental platform for foreign language skills as the tower base,the international cultural exchange platform for cross-cultural ability as the tower body,the interdisciplinary training practice platform for cultivating international affairs competence as the tower top,and scientific innovation platform for enhancing international competitiveness as the tower spire.
