高校实验室易制爆危化品精细化管理与实践 被引量:16

摘要 高校实验室是培养学生科学实践能力和创新精神的重要基地。近年来,高校实验室安全事故频发,严重影响实验室的建设与运行,因而切实解决实验室安全问题已是刻不容缓。针对易制爆危险化学品灾害事故特点和实验室运行情况,将顶层设计与具体措施相结合,信息化手段与传统管理方法相结合,充分利用“湖南省易制爆危险化学品流向信息系统”以及“湖南大学化学品管理平台”交易处理系统实现了易制爆危险化学品从入口到库存、再到处置的全流程监控,实现易制爆危险化学品全程可追溯、全程闭环管理,确保易制爆危险化学品潜在危害降到最小。通过加强易制爆危险化学品精细化管理,促进学院学科建设和人才培养。 The university laboratory is an important base to cultivate students’scientific practice ability and innovative spirit.In recent years,the frequent accidents of university laboratory safety have seriously affected the construction and operation of laboratories,it results in an urgent need to effectively solve laboratory safety problems.According to the characteristics of hazardous chemical accidents of explosive-prone hazardous chemicals and our actual and operational conditions,the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Hunan University combined the top-level design with specific measures and the information technology with traditional management methods,fully utilized“flow information system of dangerous chemicals for explosive remnants of Hunan province”and“trading processing system of chemical management platform of Hunan University”to achieve the whole process monitoring of explosive-prone hazardous chemicals from import to stock and then to disposal,and the full traceability and closed loop management of explosive-prone hazardous chemicals.The seensurethat the potential hazards of explosive-prone hazardous chemicals could be minimized.By strengthening the fine management of explosive hazardous chemicals,the discipline construction and personnel training of the college could be promoted.
