海洋测绘是一切海洋军事、海洋科学研究、海洋经济及开发利用活动的基础。近年来,我国海洋测绘市场逐渐形成并完善。海洋测绘产业类别主要包括海洋基础测绘、海洋科学研究、海洋科学管理、海岸带生态修复与环保、海洋资源开发与海上交通等。海洋测绘技术主要有海洋大地测量、海洋导航定位技术、水深测量、水下及海岸带地形测量、海洋遥感及海洋工程测量等。最近几年,我国海洋经济发展迅速,不仅对海洋测绘服务需求迫切,而且客观上提出了更新、更高的要求。黑龙江省的测绘地理信息工作有着优良传统,黑龙江测绘队伍实力雄厚,技术超群,测绘产业成型,规模巨大,在我国乃至国际上颇具影响。如果发挥黑龙江省测绘地理信息人才、队伍、理论、技术、创新以及传统优势,开辟海洋测绘新市场,一定会大有作为。

Marine surveying and mapping is the foundation of all marine military,marine scientific research,marine economy,and development and utilization activities.In recent years,China′s marine surveying and mapping market has gradually formed and improved.The marine surveying and mapping industry categories mainly include basic marine surveying and mapping,marine scientific research,marine scientific management,coastal ecological restoration and environmental protection,marine resource development,and marine transportation,etc.Marine surveying and mapping technology mainly includes marine geodesy,marine navigation and positioning technology,water depth survey,underwater and coastal zone topographic survey,marine remote sensing,and marine engineering survey,etc.In recent years,marine economy has developed rapidly of China,which not only urgently requires marine surveying and mapping service,but also objectively requires updating and upgrading.The surveying,mapping and geographic information work has a fine tradition in Heilongjiang province.Heilongjiang has a strong surveying and mapping team with superior technology and forms a surveying and mapping industry with a huge scale,which has great influence in China and even in the world.If we give full play to the talents,teams,theories,technologies,innovations,and traditional advantages of surveying and mapping in Heilongjiang province and develop the market of marine surveying and mapping,we will certainly make great achievements.
