基于空间分析的生活圈配套设施配置研究

Study on the Allocation of Supporting Facilities in Living Circle Based on Spatial Analysis

《城市居住区规划设计标准》就居住区配套设施建设提出了详细的指标体系,随着城市建设从增量扩张向存量更新转型,在向美丽宜居的城市转化过程中,对居住区配套设施配置进行优化成为一项重要的规划和管理工作。本文从实践中总结出基于地理空间分析的方法,实现了对生活圈的科学划分和对配套设施服务范围的准确反映,在此基础上实现了对现有配套设施在生活圈内满足度的精确评价。基于这种方法得到的分析结果对后续的配套设施规划建设和公共政策制定有很强的针对性,在宜居城市建设的过程中有较高的借鉴和推广意义。

The Standard of urban Residential Area planning and Design puts forward a detailed index system for residential supporting facilities.With the transformation of urban construction from incremental expansion to stock update,it has become an important work to optimize the Infrastructure of residential supporting facilities,in the process of urban update into a beautiful and livable city.This paper summarizes the spatial analysis method of the ancillary facilities from the practice.It realizes the scientific division of supporting facilities,reflects the service scope accurately,and makes a satisfactory assessment on the supporting facilities in the live circle.Based on the method,it has a strong pertinence for the follow-up supporting facility planning and public policy making.At the same time,it has higher promotion and reference significance in the construction process of livable city.
