关于审批证照数据库建设的初步探讨

自然资源审批证照数据库是支撑审批政务运行的重要基础数据,通过审批证照数据库的建设,形成自然资源“审批一张图”,实现以图查证,有利于提高审批服务质量,推进“最多跑一次”改革。本文以宁波的审批证照建设为实例,阐述技术路线,促进审批证照管理规范化。

Natural resources examination and approval license database is an important basic data for supporting the operation of approval governmental affairs.Through the construction of examination and approval license database,natural resources"examination and approval on one map"is formed to realize verification by map,which is conducive to improve the quality of examination and approval service and promote the reform of"one time application at most".Taking Ningbo′s examination and approval license construction as an example,this paper expounds the technical route and promotes the standardized management of exanimation approval license.
