Thoughts on the Construction of the Basic Information Platform of Municipal Land and Space Under the New Era

依据国家相关政策结合市级自然资源信息化工作现状,以赤峰市为例,探讨市级国土空间基础信息平台建设的用途——为全市自然资源信息化系统提供数据中台和业务中台,研究市级国土空间基础信息平台建设内容。根据多年的市级自然资源信息化建设经验明确市级平台建设应重点解决的问题,对自然资源系统开展相关信息化平台建设具有一定的参考价值。

Based on the relevant national policies and the current situation of municipal natural resources informatization,taking Chifeng city as an example,this paper discusses the construction of municipal land and space basic information platform,provides data center and business center for the city′s natural resources information system,and studies on the construction contents of municipal land and space basic information platform.Based on years of experience in municipal natural resource informatization construction,the key problems to be solved in municipal platform construction are clarified.It has a certain reference value for the construction of related information platform of natural resources system.
