基于耦合协调度模型的长株潭城市群生态城镇化发展水平时空分异研究

Spatial-temporal Differentiation of Ecological Urbanization Development Level of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration Based on Coupling Coordination Degree Model

城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度是检验城市群生态城镇化发展水平的重要标准。以城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度为切入点,利用耦合协调度模型,就长株潭城市群在2010—2018年期间的生态城镇化发展水平时空分异展开具体研究。结果表明,长株潭城市群城镇化与生态环境总体维持在耦合协调发展阶段,达到了较高水平的生态城镇化;长沙市的核心效应明显,领跑长株潭城市群生态城镇化进程,同时长株潭城市群三市生态城镇化发展水平有些区域差异;其三个城市或存在城镇化滞后与生态环境滞后等问题,延滞了其生态城镇化进程。未来推动长株潭城市群的生态城镇化须以“两型社会”为引领,以“生态绿心地区”为生态示范,以绿色工业提升城镇化质量,将长株潭城市群三市打造成为以绿色为底色的现代化、生态化、一体化的高质量城市群,为湖南省“三高四新”战略的推进提供强有力支撑。

The coupling coordination degree of urbanization and ecological environment is an important criterion to test the development level of ecological urbanization in urban agglomerations.Taking the coupling coordination degree of urbanization and ecological environment as the entry point,this paper introduces the coupling coordination degree model to carry out a specific study on the evolution of time and space of the development level of eco-urbanization in Chang-Zhu-Xiangtan urban agglomeration during 2010-2018.The results show that the urbanization and ecological environment in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration generally maintain the coupling and coordinated development stage,and reach a high level of ecological urbanization.The core effect of Changsha is obvious,which leads the process of eco-urbanization of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration.At the same time,the development level of eco-urbanization of three cities in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration has some regional differences.The three cities may have urbanization lag and ecological environment lag and other challenges,which delay the process of ecological urbanization.In the future,the actions and process of promoting ecological urbanization of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations shall abide by the lead of“two-oriented society”construction,take“Green Heart”as ecological demonstration area and improve the quality of urbanization with green industry.Based on these,the three cities will be integrated to a urban agglomeration with green,modern,ecology and high quality,and then contribute to the construction of“Three high developed area and Four new mission”.
