摘要
对推舟式连续烧结炉温度控制系统进行分析,以连续烧结炉工艺所需的预烧结、烧结段和冷却段的温度控制为目标,采用了温度控制模型和算法,提出温度控制方法并进行仿真。通过对连续烧结炉加热元件功率的控制,完成了连续烧结炉多段位温度的精确控制,提高了烧结炉温度控制的稳定性和效率。
The pusher type continuous sintering furnace temperature control system is analyzed.Aiming at the temperature control of pre sintering,sintering section and cooling section required by continuous sintering furnace process,the temperature control model and algorithm are adopted,and the temperature control method is proposed and simulated.Through the control of the heating element power of the continuous sintering furnace,the precise control of the multi-stage temperature of the continuous sintering furnace is completed,and the stability and efficiency of the temperature control of the sintering furnace are improved.
