There are many equipments in beer brewing workshop,and the pipeline system interconnected by each equipment is very complicated.Accurate and fast control of piping system is the prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of equipment.Valve array is an effective way to improve the function of piping system,which can simplify pipeline connection,save space and facilitate maintenance.The establishment of valve array automatic control system can prevent mistakes and improve efficiency,at the same time,greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.The realization and control structure of valve array automatic control system based on iFix and PLC are introduced.
