摘要
系统分析广东省42万平方千米海域的地质条件、风资源情况,分区域对投资海上风电的风险与投资回报率进行数据分析,进而为广东省海上风电项目的投资区域性提供借鉴。
The geological conditions and wind resources of 420000 square kilometers sea area in Guangdong Province are systematically analyzed.The risk and return rate of offshore wind power investment in different regions are analyzed so as to provide reference for the regional investment of offshore wind power projects in Guangdong Province.
