摘要
某电厂电动给水泵组效率低的主要原因是液力耦合器调速损失大。综合对比分析各种不同调速方式的投资、可靠性等因素,选择采用德国福伊特的机电一体化调速装置(VECO-Drive)进行改造。改造后厂用电率下降0.80%,折算供电煤耗下降2.66 g/(kWh),达到预期目标。
The main reason for the low efficiency of electric feed water pump set in a power plant is the large loss of hydraulic coupling speed regulation.The investment,reliability and other factors of different speed regulation modes are comprehensively compared and analyzed,and the latest electromechanical integrationspeed regulation device(VECO drive)of Voith in Germany is selected for transformation.After the transformation,the plant power consumption rate decreased by 0.80%,and the converted coal consumption for power supply decreased by 2.66 g/(kWh),achieving the expected target.
