In view of the situation that the graph and model of the red and black mechanism in the dynamic management can only be released as a whole,a method to realize the partial release of distribution network graph changes is proposed.From the aspects of drawing red graph,model generation,red graph view,partial releasing and other aspects,the implementation principle of partial release of distribution network graphics changes is introduced.The scheme has been applied in several distribution network management systems.The application shows that the partial release of red and black mechanism can significantly improve the efficiency of automation and dispatching personnel management.
