Improvement of Distribution Network Dispatching Operation Management Based on Intensive Distribution Grid

2018年广东电网全面实现配调集约化,成为全国首个全面实现配调集约化的省级电网,在传统四级调度管理的基础上对县调实施扁平化管理。从配网调度规范管理、综合停电精细化管理、配调智能化及配网智能化等方面入手,介绍了广东电网探索配调集约化主要推进的目标、内容与实施方法,通过经验分享指出实现配调集约化过程必须解决的问题和管理提升方向。

In 2018,Guangdong Power Grid fully realized the intensification of distribution and dispatching,becoming the first provincial-level power grid in the country to fully realize the intensification of dispatching and dispatching.Based on the traditional four-level dispatch management,the county dispatching management was implemented flat management.Starting from the standardized management of distribution network dispatching,comprehensive blackout management,intelligent distribution and dispatching,and distribution network intelligence,the main objectives,contents and implementation methods of Guangdong power grid's exploration of distribution and dispatching intensification are introduced.Through experience sharing,the paper points out the problems that must be solved and the direction of management improvement.
