摘要 为分析国内外石蒜研究进展,并预测其研究热点发展趋势,本文对国内外已发表的石蒜研究论文进行了系统的计量分析。以Web of Science(WOS)和CNKI中国期刊数据库为数据来源,对石蒜研究相关文献的年产出量变化、研究机构、涉及学科等指标作为CiteSpace分析指标,采用关键词共现聚类分析方法,以预测石蒜研究的发展趋势。结果表明:我国石蒜研究自2001年后进入快速发展阶段,石蒜研究论文的发表总量和被引用率均呈逐年增长趋势,于2010-2012年间达到峰值;石蒜研究论文作者绝大多数为中国人,而发文量最多的机构则是杭州植物园;研究主要获得国家层面基金的资助,从关键词共现结果来看:国内外大多数已发表的关于石蒜方面的研究主要集中在生物碱提取制药、植物分类、栽培繁殖、生长特性等方向,其中对石蒜生物碱的研究自始至今仍是最大的研究热点。除此之外,从时区图中也可以看到一些新的石蒜研究热点产生,如石蒜淀粉含量测定、石蒜内生菌、石蒜细胞增殖等。 In order to analyze the research trends of lycoris at home and abroad,and to predict the development trend of its research hotspots,this paper carried out systematic econometric analysis on the published research papers of lycoris at home and abroad.As a Web of Science(WOS)and CNKI China journal database as data source,with annual output change of lycoris research literature,the research regions and institutions,involving disciplines,indicators such as analysis indicator using CiteSpace keywords co-occurrence network analysis method,show the lycoris main focus in the research and development trend.The results show that the research inlycoris in China has entered the stage of rapid development since 2001,and the total number of papers and paper citation rate of lycoris have been increasing year by year,and reached the peak from 2010 to 2012.The research was mainly supported by the national fund.Most of the authors of the research papers on lycoris are Chinese,and the most published institution is Hangzhou Botanical Garden.From the results of keyword co-occurrence:most of the published studies on lycoris at home and abroad mainly focus on alkaloid extraction and pharmaceutical,identification,growth characteristics and other directions.The research on lycoris alkaloid is still the biggest research hotspot until now.In addition,from the time zone map,we can also see some of the latest research hotspots of Lycoris,such as Determination of Lycoris starch content,Endophytic bacteria from lycoris,Lycoris cell proliferation and so on.
