摘要
从防范城市级灾难角度出发,综合考虑地理地质环境、电力通信资源、业务与技术支持能力、数据传输网络、公共资源与服务配套能力等因素,结合国家标准及行业经验,选择异地灾备选址,依据实际需求、可行性和可控性等要求,阐述采用自建、共建、互备、购买服务3种方式建设异地灾备系统。
From the perspective of urban disaster prevention, Considering the geographical and geological environment, power communication resources, business and technical support capacity, data transmission network, public resources and service supporting capacity and other factors, combined with national standards and industry experience, the location of remote disaster recovery is selected. According to the requirements of actual demand, feasibility and controllability, this paper expounds the construction of remote disaster recovery by means of self construction, co-construction, mutual backup and purchase of service Standby system.
