基于Crowbar电路的双馈风电机组故障穿越保护研究

摘要 基于双馈风电机组的故障穿越相对于全功率变换的风电机组更加复杂,分析基于交流侧两级撬棒电路故障穿越有效保护策略,提出电阻性和电感性两级电感性撬棒的保护方式。通过Matlab/Simulink搭建DFIG风机模型,并对其进行撬棒控制,在三相故障下的有效性进行了验证。 The fault ride through of doubly fed wind turbine is more complex than that of full power conversion wind turbine. This paper analyzes the effective protection strategy of two-stage crowbar circuit fault ride through based on AC side, and proposes the protection method of resistive crowbar and inductive crowbar. The DFIG fan model is built with Matlab/Simulink, and the crowbar control is used to verify its effectiveness under three-phase fault.
