摘要
分析表明,CCD作为一种相对比较特殊的光电传感器,其具备灵敏度高、低照度等显著优点,是一种应用非常优良的成像器件。阐述在制造工艺显著提升的环境之下,CCD像素数逐步提高、器件尺寸越来越大,图像分辨率也随之渐渐提高,对视频数据存储以及传输等各方面的特性产生了很大影响。
The analysis shows that as a relatively special photoelectric sensor, CCD has the advantages of high sensitivity and low illumination, which is a very good imaging device. This paper describes that in the environment of manufacturing technology significantly improved, the number of CCD pixels gradually increased, the size of the device is larger and larger, the image resolution is also gradually improved, which has a great impact on the characteristics of video data storage and transmission.
