全子宫切除治疗对子宫肌瘤患者性行为异常症状、性欲异常症状的影响

Effect of Total Hysterectomy on Abnormal Sexual Behavior and Sexual Desire in Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的:探讨全子宫切除治疗对子宫肌瘤患者性行为异常症状、性欲异常症状的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年12月某院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用次全子宫切除术,研究组采用全子宫切除术,比较两组患者治疗前后的卵巢功能以及治疗前后的性生活质量水平。结果:两组患者治疗后的FSH以及E2水平无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后性生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者采用全子宫切除治疗后,其性行为以及性欲情况等均会受到一定程度的影响,但与行次全子宫切除治疗的患者术后的生活质量水平无显著差异,全子宫切除患者其性生活可能由于术中损伤而出现恢复略慢的情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of total hysterectomy on abnormal sexual behavior and sexual desire in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:100 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into study group and control group.Subtotal hysterectomy was used in the control group and total hysterectomy was used in the study group.Ovarian function and sexual life quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in FSH and E2 levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in sexual life quality scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:After total hysterectomy,the sexual behavior and sexual desire of patients with uterine fibroids are affected to a certain extent,but there is no significant difference in the quality of life after subtotal hysterectomy.The sexual life of patients with total hysterectomy may recover slightly slowly due to intraoperative injury.
