无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析采用无创呼吸机对慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭进行治疗的临床效果。方法:以72例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者(2017年2月~2019年2月)为研究对象,采用双色球分组法分为对照组和研究组各36例,对照组患者根据其病情给予常规治疗,研究组患者在其基础上加入无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率与动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))与动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))。结果:治疗后研究组患者PaCO_(2)明显低于对照组,SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)明显高于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机用于治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭疗效确切,可显著改善患者病情,建议在临床上推广使用。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary failure(COPD)complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure(February 2017-February 2019)were divided into control group(n=36)and study group(n=36).The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment according to their condition,and the patients in the study group were treated with noninvasive ventilator based on the control group.The total effective rate and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,PaCO_(2) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator is effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure and can significantly improve the condition of the patients,which is recommended to promote and apply in clinic.
