2型糖尿病患者营养知识调查及饮食干预策略研究

Investigation on Nutritional Knowledge of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Study on Dietary Intervention Strategies

目的:探究2型糖尿病患者营养知识认知情况及饮食干预策略。方法:选取惠州市惠阳区2018年8月~2018年12月营养监测期间的250例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,对患者进行2型糖尿病营养知识问卷调查,了解250例患者干预前后营养知识掌握情况。结果:250例患者的营养知识知晓率相对较低,其中了解饮食对血糖控制重要性的患者占比40.00%,并且仅有21.20%的患者知晓血糖生成指数与血糖负荷的作用,患者经干预后对2型糖尿病营养知识的知晓率高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的营养知识知晓率相对较低,甚至有部分患者不了解饮食对血糖控制的重要性,疾控中心可针对患者的认知情况开展健康宣教,以提升患者对营养知识的认知程度。

Objective:To explore the nutritional knowledge and dietary intervention strategies of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:250 patients with type 2 diabetes during the nutritional monitoring period from August 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object,and the patients were surveyed on the nutritional knowledge of type 2 diabetes to understand the nutritional knowledge of 250 patients before and after intervention.Results:The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of 250 patients was relatively low.Among them,40.00%of patients understood the importance of diet for blood sugar control,and only 21.20%of patients knew the effect of glycemic index and glycemic load.After intervention,the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge of type 2 diabetes mellitus was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The awareness rate of nutritional knowledge among patients with type 2 diabetes is relatively low,and some patients even do not understand the importance of diet for blood sugar control.The Center for Disease Control and Prevention can carry out health education and education based on the patient's cognition to improve patients'awareness of nutritional knowledge.
