补阳还五汤加减治疗社区脑卒中后疲劳患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Fatigue Patients after Stroke in Community

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗社区脑卒中后疲劳患者的疗效。方法:选取某院2019年1月~2020年6月期间收治的社区脑卒中后疲劳患者60例,以随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者应用常规药物进行对症处理,观察组患者在此基础上加以补阳还五汤加减治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后疲劳程度严重性、生存质量、日常生活质量改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗前FSS评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分以及IADL评分均比较接近(P>0.05),治疗后FSS评分和IADL评分降低,而观察组患者评分降低更明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者WHOQOL-BREF评分提升(P<0.05),但差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用补阳还五汤加减治疗社区脑卒中后疲劳患者,有助于缓解患者疲劳症状,提高患者的生存质量和日常生活质量,具有很高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of fatigue patients after stroke in the community.Methods:A total of 60 community-based post-stroke fatigue patients admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction based on the control group,then the severity of fatigue,the quality of life,and the improvement of the quality of daily life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The FSS scores,WHOQOL-BREF scores and IADL scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were relatively close(P>0.05),FSS scores and IADL scores decreased after treatment,while the scores in observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups increased(P<0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with fatigue after stroke in the community can help relieve the symptoms of fatigue,and improve the quality of life and daily life of patients,with high application value.
