硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探究硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者的临床效果。方法:选择自2019年1月~2020年6月某院收治的180例急性心肌梗死患者作为本次的研究对象,采用随机数字表法将180例患者平均分为观察组和对照组各90例。观察组患者进行硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林进行治疗,对照组进行阿司匹林治疗,在治疗结束后对比观察组和对照组治疗效果,对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果:观察组治疗有效率(6.67%)显高于对照组(85.56%)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组ST段下降幅度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PLT、PT、APTT均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVESD、LEVDD指标数据低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林对急性心肌梗死患者进行治疗可以明显改善患者的心肌状况,患者凝血相关指标也能得到一定程度的恢复,有明确的治疗效果,建议进行广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:180 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 patients in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin,while patients in control group were treated with aspirin.After treatment,the therapeutic effects of observation group and control group were compared,and the related data were statistically analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.56%)(P<0.05).The decrease of ST segment in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The PLT,PT and APTT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The LVESD and LEVDD indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin can obviously improve the myocardial condition of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and the related indexes of blood coagulation can be recovered to a certain extent,with a definite therapeutic effect,which is recommended to be widely used.
