曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Left Ventricular Insufficiency

目的:探析曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的临床效果,旨在为该病患者提供新型、有效治疗方案,从而改善其生活质量及心功能。方法:选择某院82例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者,用抓阄法均分成甲、乙两组,其中甲组实施常规治疗,乙组在甲组基础上,予以曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组治疗前后心功能改善情况与不良心血管事件发生率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组左心室射血分数(FVEF)均升高,且乙组高于甲组(P<0.05);左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均降低,且乙组低于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组不良心血管事件总发生率9.76%与甲组12.20%相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗条件下,给予冠心病合并左心功能不全患者曲美他嗪治疗,可促使其心功能的改善,且不会引发诸多不良心血管事件,值得应用与推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with left ventricular insufficiency,so as to provide a new and effective treatment plan for the patients with coronary heart disease,and improve their quality of life and cardiac function.Methods:82 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction in a hospital were selected and divided into two groups by lottery.Group A received routine treatment,and group B received trimetazidine treatment on the basis of group A.The improvement of cardiac function and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(FVEF)of both groups increased,and group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).Both left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)decreased,and group B was lower than group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse cardiovascular events between group B(9.76%)and group A(12.20%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of conventional treatment,the treatment of trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular insufficiency can promote the improvement of cardiac function,and will not cause many adverse cardiovascular events,so it is worthy of application and promotion.
