摘要
目的:运用高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参方中丹酚酸B含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Waters AcquityUPLCC 18色谱柱,流动相为0.02%磷酸(A)和含0.02%磷酸的80%乙腈(B),检测波长为203nm,柱温40℃,流速0.42mL·min^(-1)。结果:丹酚酸B在0.1034~1.034μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000),回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.2%(n=9)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、准确。高效液相色谱法发热稳定性、重复性良好,可作为复方丹参丸的质量控制。
Objective:To determine the content of Salvianolic acid B in compound Danshen by HPLC.Methods:The high performance liquid chromatography and WatersAcquityUPLCC 18 column were used,the mobile phase was 0.02%phosphoric acid(A)and 80%acetonitrile(B)containing 0.02%phosphoric acid,and the detection wavelength was 203nm,with column temperature 40℃and velocity 0.42ml·min^(-1).Results:Salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1034~1.034μg(r=1.000).The recovery was 98.2%and the RSD was 1.2%(n=9).Conclusion:HPLC method is simple and accurate.High performance liquid chromatography has good thermal stability and repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of compound Danshen pills.
