“异烟肼+利福平+吡嗪酰胺”三联疗法治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的疗效分析

Effect of"Isoniazid+Rifampicin+Pyrazinamide"Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Non-lactating Mastitis

目的:旨在阐明“异烟肼0.3qd+利福平0.45qd+吡嗪酰胺0.75qd”三联疗法治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的安全性及有效性。方法:选取某院的女性非哺乳期乳腺炎患者60例,其中乳腺导管扩张症和肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎也包括在内,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予“异烟肼0.3qd+利福平0.45qd+吡嗪酰胺0.75qd”用药9个月,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察治疗效果以及肝肾功能情况,对该治疗方案的有效性及安全性进行评价。结果:观察组患者的疾病复发率及肝肾功能损害发生率更低;治疗效果、有效性以及安全性更高相比于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“异烟肼0.3qd+利福平0.45qd+吡嗪酰胺0.75qd”三联疗法治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎简单、有效及安全,避免使用激素治疗带来的副作用以及手术创伤及术后伤口长期未能愈合的痛苦。

Objective:To study the safety and effectiveness of the triple therapy of"isoniazid 0.3qd+rifampicin 0.45qd+pyrazinamide 0.75qd"in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis.Methods:60 female non-lactating mastitis patients admitted to a hospital,including ductal dilatation of the breast and granulomatous lobular mastitis,were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group(n=30)was given"isoniazid 0.3qd+rifampicin 0.45qd+pyrazinamide 0.75qd"medication for 9 months,the control group(n=30)was given conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effect and liver and kidney function were observed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment plan.Results:The disease recurrence rate and liver and kidney function damage rate were lower in the observation group;The treatment effect,effectiveness and safety were higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Isoniazid 0.3qd+rifampicin 0.45qd+pyrazinamide 0.75qd"triple therapy is simple,effective and safe in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis,avoiding the side effects of hormone therapy and the pain of surgical trauma and long-term unhealing of postoperative wounds.
