腹腔镜袖状胃切除术肥胖患者应用肺复张技术围手术期肺功能变化分析

Analysis of Perioperative Lung Function Changes in Obese Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy with Lung Retension Technique

目的:肺复张技术对腹腔镜袖状胃切除术肥胖患者围手术期肺功能的影响。方法:随机选择78例从2016年12月~2019年4月于某院接受腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗的肥胖患者作为研究对象,并将其按奇偶数数字抽签法随机分为参照组与探究组各39例。给予参照组患者常规性围术期护理,并在此基础上采用肺复张技术对探究组患者进行联合护理,而后就两组患者的围术期肺功能变化情况以及术后恢复情况与术后并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果:探究组患者的术后并发症总发生率(7.68%)明显低于参照组患者的术后并发症总发生率(25.65%),且相关数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,两者亦在围术期肺功能变化情况与术后恢复情况的相关数据中均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规性围术期护理对腹腔镜袖状胃切除术肥胖患者实施肺复张护理方案,既能够加快其围术期间的肺功能改善速度,并且还可最小化术后并发症发生率,有利于营造良好的术后恢复效果,值得借鉴与推广。

Objective:The effect of lung retension technique on perioperative pulmonary function in obese patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.Methods:Seventy-eight obese patients who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in a hospital from December 2016 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into reference group and inquiry group according to the even-odd number drawing method,with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine perioperative nursing,and on the basis of this,the patients in the inquiry group were given combined care using lung retensioning technology,and then the perioperative pulmonary function changes,postoperative recovery,postoperative recovery,and the complication rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the inquiry group was 7.68%,which was significantly lower than that of the patients in the reference group(25.65%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,there were statistical differences between the two groups in perioperative lung function changes and postoperative recovery data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The routine perioperative nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy for obese patients can improve the lung function during perioperative period and minimize the incidence of postoperative complications,which is conducive to creating a good postoperative recovery effect,and is worthy of learning and popularizing.
