探讨重症监护病房对心肺复苏患者脑复苏优化治疗的影响

The Effect of Optimized Treatment in Intensive Care Unit on Cerebral Resuscitation in Patients with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的:探讨重症监护病房优化治疗对心肺复苏患者脑复苏的影响。方法:选取2017年8月~2020年8月进入某院进行治疗的心肺复苏患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对比观察两组患者治疗后神经恢复情况与并发症情况。结果:在经过治疗之后,观察组患者1~2级的例数明显高于对照组,观察组患者3~5级的病例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者出现并发症的情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过重症监护病房优化治疗对心肺复苏患者进行治疗,取得了比较好的治疗效果,值得在临床心肺复苏患者脑复苏的治疗中进行推广和使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of optimized treatment in intensive care unit on cerebral resuscitation in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:90 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation admitted to a hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The neurological recovery and complications of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results:After treatment,the number of patients with grade 1~2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number of patients with grade 3~5 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The optimized treatment in ICU for patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation has achieved good therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion and application in the treatment of cerebral resuscitation for patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
