左氧氟沙星结合针对性护理在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石中的应用及对术后尿路感染的临床分析

The Application of Levofloxacin Combined with Targeted Nursing in Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Calculi and the Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Urinary Tract Infection

目的:探讨左氧氟沙星结合针对性护理在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石中的应用及对术后尿路感染的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月~2020年8月在某院进行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗的上尿路结石患者116例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组行左氧氟沙星结合针对性护理,对照组行常规护理,对比两组患者的治疗效果、术后尿路感染情况、护理满意度及住院时间。结果:观察组术后住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总治疗有效率(98.26%)显著高于对照组(84.48%)(P<0.05);观察组尿路感染率(6.90%)显著低于对照组(17.24%)(P<0.05)。结论:对在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石患者行左氧氟沙星结合针对性护理,能降低术后不良反应的发生率,提升患者的生活质量,具有临床实践价值。

Objective:To explore the application of levofloxacin combined with targeted nursing in flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi and the clinical effect on postoperative urinary tract infection.Methods:116 cases of upper urinary calculi patients treated with flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in a hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with targeted nursing,and the control group was given routine care,then the treatment effect,postoperative urinary tract infections,nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(98.26%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.48%)(P<0.05).The urinary tract infection rate in the observation group(6.90%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.24%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined with targeted nursing for patients with upper urinary calculi treated with flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of the patients,which has clinical practical value.
