摘要
目的:探究精细化管理在老年急危重症急救管理中的效果。方法:2019年1月~2020年1月,选取某院呼吸科收治的120例老年危重症患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施基础护理,研究组实施精细化管理,比较两组情况。结果:研究组非计划拔管率、护患沟通不良率、精细化管理事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸科危重症患者采用精细化管理,可有效减少不良事件、风险事件、护患矛盾的发生,可提高患者的护理满意度,值得推荐。
Objective:To explore the effect of fine management in the emergency management of elderly patients with critical diseases.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,120 elderly critically ill patients admitted to a hospital were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers.Basic care was administered to the control group,and fine management was administered to the study group,then the effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The rate of unplanned extubation,the rate of poor nurse-patient communication,the incidence of fine management events,and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine management can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,risk events and nurse-patient contradictions in critically ill patients in the department of respiratory medicine,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worth recommending.
