基于数据挖掘技术探讨血管性认知障碍的中医证候规律 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血管性认知障碍的中医证候分布规律。方法运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18数据挖掘技术,归纳整理有关血管性认知功能障碍的中医证候文献的临床研究,对出现的证候进行频次分析、关联分析。结果共纳入69篇文献,出现频率最高的前10种中医证候为神疲乏力、头晕、腰膝酸软、急躁易怒、记忆力减退、耳鸣低调、目涩、脉弦数、失眠、心悸。最核心的症候组合为神疲乏力-急躁易怒-头晕-腰膝酸软,神疲乏力-急躁易怒-头晕-耳鸣低调,神疲乏力-急躁易怒-头晕,神疲乏力-头晕-耳鸣低调,神疲乏力-头晕-腰膝酸软,耳鸣低调-头晕-腰膝酸软。结论血管性认知障碍的病位在脑,与肾、肝、脾、心密切相关。常见的证候类型为脾气虚证、脾肾不足证、肝肾亏虚证、肝郁血虚、心肝火旺、心肾不交、血瘀证较多见或相互兼夹,其常见核心证型为肝肾亏虚。 Objective To explore the distribution rule of TCM syndromes of vascular cognitive disorder.Methods The frequency analysis and correlation analysis of the syndromes were carried out by the technology of IBM SPSS Modeler 18 data mining.Results A total of 69 literatures were included,and the top 10 TCM syndromes with the highest frequency were:fatigue,dizziness,lumbar and knee tenderness,impatience,irritability,memory loss,tinnitus,irritable,forgetfulness,tinnitus,eye astringent,pulse,insomnia,and palpitations.The core syndrome combinations were fatigue-impatience-dizziness-lumbar and knee tenderness,fatigue-impatience-dizziness-tinnitus,fatigue-impatience-dizziness,fatigue-impatience-tinnitus,god fatigue-dizziness-lumbar and knee tenderness,tinnitus-dizziness,lumbar and knee tenderness.Conclusion The disease sites of cognitive impairment is brain,and is closely related to the kidney,liver,spleen,and heart.The common syndromes are spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,liver blood deficiency,heart-kidney disharmony syndrome,blood stasis syndrome.The common core syndrome is deficiency of liver and kidney.
