公安院校实战化训练安全问题探析

An Analysis on Practical Training Safety of Public Security Colleges

随着警务实战训练的推进,公安院校在招录体制改革的影响下定位、使命、任务发生了新的变化,公安院校实战化训练面临着传统安全和非传统安全的共同挑战,应辩证看待实战化训练与训练安全,准确把握实战化训练中存在的安全意识薄弱、训练不规范、装备保障不到位、应急预案和应急体系不完善的问题,应通过建立校园安全委员会、树立正确的训练安全观、制定训练大纲、超前装备建设的措施来提高警务实战化背景下公安院校训练安全系数。

With the advancement of police practical training,new changes have taken place in the positioning,mission,and tasks of public security colleges under the influence of the recruitment system reform.Practical training of public security colleges is facing the common challenges of traditional security and non-traditional security.The practical training and training safety should be viewed dialectically,and the problems of weak security awareness,irregular training,inadequate equipment support,and imperfect emergency response plans and emergency systems should be established through the establishment of a campus safety committee,correcting training safety concepts,formulating training outlines,and advancing equipment construction measures to improve the training safety coefficient of public security colleges under the background of police practice.
