教育部人文社科项目公安院校立项分析

Project Analysis of Public Security Colleges in Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of the Ministry of Education

以2011—2019年教育部人文社科研究项目中公安院校所立项目为研究对象,具体分析了立项的院校、项目类型、学科门类、申请人员情况、研究热点等,发现公安院校立项项目以政策导向为依据,研究热点主要包括犯罪、地区、高校、文化、创新等。教育部人文社科项目公安院校立项存在种类单一缺乏竞争优势、不同地区院校间科研教育资源分布不均、教育科研队伍年龄断层现象严重的问题,提出了构建公安院校立项项目数据库、完善教师申报项目激励机制、建立跨学科信息交流平台、推动立项项目源于实战用于实战等建议。

Taking the projects of public security colleges in humanities and social sciences projects of the Ministry of Education from 2011 to 2019 as research objects,we analyzed the projects’colleges,project types,subject categories,applicants,research hotspots,etc.specifically,and found that the projects of public security colleges is based on policy guidance,and research hotspots mainly include crime,regions,universities,culture,innovation and so on.Based on this,it is pointed out that the humanities and social sciences projects in public security colleges have several problems,such as a single type lacking competitive advantages,uneven distribution of scientific research and education resources between colleges in different regions,and serious age faults in the educational research team.Finally,it puts forward suggestions to build a database of public security colleges’projects,improve the incentive mechanism for teachers to declare projects,establish an interdisciplinary information exchange platform,and promote the application of projects from actual combat to actual combat.
