目前,农村小学教学质量与城市相比还存有很大的差距,为了有效改善农村小学的教学现状、实现教育公平,我国提出并实施了义务教育均衡发展的政策。当前乡村小学语文教师队伍建设中还存有很多问题,这些问题严重阻碍了乡村小学教育的高质量发展,也十分不利于义务教育均衡发展政策的施行。

At present,there is still a big gap between the teaching quality of rural primary schools and the city.In order to effectively improve the teaching status of rural primary schools and achieve educational equity,China has put forward and implemented the policy of balanced development of compulsory education.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of Chinese teachers in rural primary schools.These problems seriously hinder the high quality development of rural primary education and are very unfavorable to the implementation of the policy of balanced development of compulsory education.
