摘要
研究单发洗扫车扫刷马达的输出速度,得出扫刷机构速度特性。洗扫车的清扫效果受扫刷速度的影响非常大,扫刷转速必须能够根据不同的路况进行调整。首先介绍了现有的扫刷机构的结构特点和工作原理,通过对国内外现有的洗扫车的扫刷速度调节方式进行分析和对比,得出各种调速机理的性能特点,并结合单发洗扫车动力系统和液压系统的特点,建立扫刷马达转速的理论计算方法,探讨了单发洗扫车扫刷速度的一般规律,最后进行了实验验证,证明了理论分析的合理性和可行性,为环卫设备的开发和研究提供参考。
Output speed of hydraulic motor on single engine cleaning sweeper is researched.Velocity characteristic of brush mechanism is obtained.As the cleaning effect of the machine is greatly affected by the speed of the brush,Sweep speed must be able to be adjusted according to different road conditions.Firstly,the structure characteristics and working principle of the existing brush mechanism are introduced.Based on the analysis and comparison of the current brush speed adjustment modes of cleaning and sweeping vehicles at home and abroad,the performance characteristics of various speed regulation mechanisms are obtained.the theoretical calculation method of the speed of the sweeping motor is established,Combined with the characteristics of the power system and the hydraulic system of the single Engine washing and sweeping machine,General law of the speed of single engine washing and sweeping machine is discussed,and finally carries out experimental verification,which proves the rationality and feasibility of theoretical analysis.This provide the reference for development and study of sanitation equipment.
